my form that needs 1 field hidden before the approver sees it.

Its an application form but there is a question that private.  Once the person submits, it goes to their manager for approval and they see the form so they can put in their id to see their section and approver the form.

Because they will see the application, is there anyway to hide this one field from view of the approver?
