If we start on the bronze plan, and receive more than 10 payments? will jotform automatically upgrade us to the silver plan for that month?
Can you explain what happens if we receive more payments than our plan allows for?

Jotform never upgrades users automatically. You are never upgraded without your knowledge.
Payment submissions limit is a monthly limit. If you receive payments more than your plan's limit, your forms will be disabled and you will receive an email informing you about it. If you don't upgrade your account, the monthly limits counter is reset at the beginning of every month.
