Several of our customers have reported problems submitting the order form. After clicking the "place order" (submit) button the button text changes to "please wait" but the process stalls there and does not progress to the thank you page. The order is also not forwarded to our email.
I have tried to replicate the problem and on the first attempt I had no problem, but on the second attempt I had the problem as described above. After 5 minutes, the form is still stuck on "please wait".
Can you please let us know how we can fix this issue ASAP

Sorry for the inconvenience.
I tried to submit your form embedded on the site you have provided and I was able to replicate the issue. Upon the clicking the Place Order button, it get stuck on "Please wait".
I also noticed that there are some Js errors in the browser console. Could you please try re-embedding your form using the iFrame embed only to see if this helps? Here's the guide on: Getting the Form iFrame Code.
If the issue still persists, please let us know.
