I just upgraded today to bronze monthly plan. Will my renewal date be 12/10/17? I need to make sure I alert my accounting dept about auto charges.
And if I decide to return to the free plan, what will happen to all entries received after I upgraded? And how far in advance do I need to change the billing in order to go back to free and not be auto renewed?

Yes that is correct. Your subscription will renew automatically on Dec 10, 2017.
Please note that free account has submission storage limit of 500 submission. If you cancel your subscription and total submissions in all your form exceeds 500, all submissions in excess of 500 will be deleted.

thanks. If I delete the submissions, will that work? I dont forsee us going over the 500 limit, but just in case.

Yes, that will work, if you delete some of your submissions so you're below the 500, you will be fine with a Free account.
