    I am hoping I can link the Terms & Conditions to a PDF instead a website. Is that possible.

    Please try creating a Creating a Scrollable Terms and Conditions by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/154-Creating-a-Scrollable-Terms-and-Conditions

    After that, enable the Show Headers and Texts field on the Submissions page. To view the submissions page, please follow this guide.
