Hello there, I am a paying customer and would like to use a template however, there is a credit card section that I don't need and can't remove. Is there a way to remove the credit card section from this form? If not can you direct me to where I can get exact calculations this form has in the ordering section? Thanks in advance.
Here is the template: https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/homeplate-online-order-form

Are you using the form template now? I checked your forms and I did not see any form similar to the template.
The credit card section on that form template is part of the payment integration. The products field is also under the payment integration.
The solution is to remove the payment integration and use Purchase Order tool instead. This tool allows you to have the same functionality as the payment integration without integrating it to a payment processor (PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.Net etc).
In the Form Builder, select the payment field and then click the "Trash/Delete" icon. After that, insert the Purchase Order tool. The previous products should appear automatically. Here's a screen capture:

Hope that helps. Thank you.

PS. Where on my dashboard can I see my subscription or billing info?
Thank you

The Purchase Order tool belongs to the Payment Processing Apps. Here's the link: https://apps.jotform.com/app/purchase_order_app.

You can find the billing information in the Account Billing section. Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing.
Hope that helps. Thank you.
