Thank you for contacting us. I have seen that all your forms have been set to receive emails and in addition receive attachments. Based on this setting emails should be sent to your notification email.
The other option you may want based on your explanation is to have pdf link to submissions in the email notification that is sent to you. This way you will just click on the link and download the submission.
