Lightbox opens empty

Greetings!

I have two forms published in different webpages. Both use the lightbox as embedding method. Recently, some users have reported (and I myself was able to confirm) that, when one clicks the form button, the lightbox opens up without showing the form; only an empty box appears. This can be seen, for instance, with the form hosted in the following webpage:

Could the support team check this situation out, please?

I see you are now accessing the form via its direct link http://www.jotformz.com/form/71405731473655 on your website instead of using the lighbox method. 

I cloned your form and tested it with a lightbox. I was able to reproduce the error:
