Unable to submit the form using mobile device

    We have been receiving one-off errors when trying to submit surveys, but can't seem to consistently reproduce the error to understand root cause. Are there any known issues for this error (see screenshot) based on device, OS, or mobile carrier?

    I did a test submission to your form using an iPhone 6s plus and I was able to replicate the issue.

    I will investigate this further before forwarding it to our developers. Thank you.

    Update:

    I have now forwarded this issue to our developers.

    I was able to replicate the issue using the custom URL in the iPhone 6s plus. After hitting the submit button, the form is stuck "Please wait..." message. (https://form.jotform.com/minted_design/holiday)

    However, I noticed that the form is working properly using the form's direct link. For a temporary solution, you can provide the form's direct link to the users who are experiencing this issue. We will contact you again on this thread once we have an update to our developers.

    Sorry for this inconvenience. 

    I've tried with iPhone 6 and able to submit the form even with custom URL. 

    Could you please try again to submit a form?
