For some reasons a fair number of folks try to order but are unsuccessful though they say they have followed all the steps.
Any suggestions as to where the breakdown might occur? Hate to miss out on sales.

I did a test submission to the page URL (http://www.carolsbycandlelight.com/order-tickets/) you provided and I was able to submit it properly. I was redirected to the PayPal page after clicking the Submit button.
We need to replicate the issue so we can investigate it further. If the issue persists, please try using a different internet browser.
Also, please provide more details so we can assist you properly. Please ask your user/client what error they're encountering when submitting the form.
