Why I'm not able to login to my account?

    My Jotform is not working. It says it is suspended when I try to log on.

    Your account has been suspended because of this form: https://www.jotform.com/30102694433850 and the reason is that you were collecting credit card information by using the plain text which is highly against our Terms of use.

    In order for us to restore your account, those fields have to be removed.
