E-signature widget not recording signature on form

    Hi there,

Ive had a quick look through previous cases but am still having a problem. Although the e-signature widget displays and records a signature correctly, it doesn't record the signature on the response/ notification forms, or the form held on my jot form storage area. So basically, we have no record of the signature once its been inputed.

I have adjusted the privacy settings under the account settings, and tried different browsers. The only thing I haven't done is submit for a form to completion with a PayPal payment as its currently being developed ( don't think that would impact though )

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

The problem that I see is that there is another signature field that is not in the contents of your email alert settings. This happens when you have modified your email alert's body content, then after you change your form. When this happens, the email alert does not update anymore.

What you can do is you can replace your email alert with a new one in order to get a proper and fresh set of content for your email alerts.

Here are some guides you can check to know more about email settings:

Or you can check out this chapter of the guide to know about everything on email alerts:

Feel free to let us know if you have questions or if I have misunderstood your concern.

    Thanks.

    Hi, apologies for the delay.

I think replacing the alerts seems to have done the trick!

    Thanks for your help!
