Can I add multiple email recipients and send submission data to a database?

    I also want to know if you have a feature where a copy of the information inputted can be sent to 2+ email addresses and data collected uploaded to a database.

    Yes, you can setup EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS to be sent to multiple recipients.

    However, keep in mind that the Free Plan is limited to just 1 recipient per notifier. All paid plans can have up to 10 recipients each.

    As for uploading data to a database, that's not something we have. But this is doable with a help of a developer from your side if you're using MySQL as your db.

    In case you're wondering why we don't have a readily available feature similar to this, it's because all JotForm accounts have their own respective databases. Your Submission Data are collated on your Submissions Page and are displayed in a data grid (similar to a database).

    Another recommendation is to try with a middleman (i.e. Zapier) that will bridge the connection between JotForm and your external database.
