how can i implement a minimum order amount the customer is required to meet before being allowed to submit the order form?

There is a way for you to get the total amount of the selected products in a payment field to appear in a number field using conditions — How-to-Insert-Text-or-Calculation-into-a-Field-Using-Conditional-Logic
OR using the Form Calculation widget — How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget
Then, once you have the total amount in a separate number field or Form Calculation widget, you can use it in a condition that will hide the submit button to prevent form submission if the value is not equal to a certain amount you prefer.
