    Hi JotForm support!

Hope you are well.  I work for a non-profit that uses JotForm to publish a database to our website. All of the sudden, it is no longer working.  Wondering if something may have changed with JotForm that is making you no longer "talk" to our website?  I can't imagine what else may have created this problem, but I am not a coder and I did not create this piece for our website.  I am our web-mistress though, and have a pretty decent grasp of web-building for a layperson. (I learned html over a decade ago and now use both Weebly and Squarespace with proficiency.)

The problem is here: https://www.blossombirth.org/find-a-provider.html. You can see the drop down menu no longer works, the filter no longer works, and the database does not show up at all.

Thanks for helping me troubleshoot and narrow down the problem! :-)

    Love, Jeanna

There isn't any embedded jotform in your site. Please contact your webmaster, or hire a developer in order to fix the current bug your site is facing.

If there is a problem with a specific jotform, please share the exact URL of the form you are referring to.

Wow!  It's like you didn't even read my original question.

The form itself is embedded here: https://www.blossombirth.org/provider-registration.html After people submit, it automatically adds them to the online database here: https://www.blossombirth.org/find-a-provider.html  It suddenly isn't working at all, and given that our code has not changed, it makes sense that the change would have been in JotForm.  Would love it if you could actually read my original question and answer a bit more thoughtfully.  I'm our site's webmaster, but I didn't write the original code and the person who did is not able to be reached. We are a small nonprofit with a shoestring budget and would appreciate any and all guidance you can possibly give.  Thanks so much!

    Love, Jeanna

Thanks for your help Ertugrul!  I went through all of our javascript and changed every place I could find "http" wrt the Jotform API.  It's not working.  Is there someplace else I may need to change it?  Somewhere within our Jotform account? Thanks!

    Hey Jeanne,

It seems you changed too many things, please revert your changes, and use our official library.

    Thanks!
