    Ok sir, I will delete those fields if u are not considered..
    It's not my own purpose..
    I am a distributor of mutual fund companies..
    I asked for that purpose to fill the application form..
    If u unbelievable, I will delete those fields..
    I want your security for those fields like Adar number, PAN number etc..
    How can I believe..
