Can you save progress of a form and submit later?

Asked by cjonesninestar on September 13, 2012 at 09:04 AM

Can you have a collaborative form where there a number of people on ONE form adding information?   And once all information is collected it is later submitted.  For example, a form page for each department head where each can access the SAME from separately and at different times but the information is held for until final submission?

There isnt really any solution for what you describe.

You may be able to do something like in this guide -> http://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-to-Continue-Later if all the people who you wanted to collaborate on the form had access to a shared email address.

You could possible have a 'Last Edit by' field to denote who last editted the form.

Its hard to know if that will exactly fit your needs though, but unfortunately its as close to the functionality you want that we have at this time.
