Coupon Limitations

Was wondering if there is a limit on the number of coupons that can be used in a single form?

Let's say I want to create 4 different coupons on ONE form - is it possible?

And can it be restricted to only one person who used it? For example if person xyz@domain.com used the coupon, I would like that person not to be able to use it again.
