can i print out the form design structure - I am trying to update some templates and it would be good to have printout / list of what fields, fieldnam

If I understood your question correctly, you want to print your form inside of the Form Builder. 

You can use browser 'Print' option to achieve this or you can print your screen with 'Print Screens' key on your keyboard.
