Have upgraded our account 4 hours ago, but we are still getting the "Form over quota" error message.

    Hi, 

    We upgraded our account 4 hours ago, but we are still getting the Quote error message. Also, we haven't had any response from JotForm for the past hours! Bloody useless!

    How you can claim to have 24/7 support is beyond me.
