Jotform simply not working properly

Can someone on the forum help as Jotform is silent on assistance these days.

Formatting on my forms keep changing without us making any of the changes.

We run programs annually, and when we come back to a form that has not been accessed or modified for a year, we find the formatting completely changed.

This issue is in addition to the inability of the Jotform "Disable on Submission Date or Submission Limit" to function properly.

Also, we cannot get our forms to left justify without an indent, even though we choose "Left Justify" and decrease the indent.

There are some serious instabilities in the current Jotform platform.
