    Hi there

I refer to my following trial format.

    https://www.jotform.com/build/73010788581459

That format came with your advice

    https://www.jotform.com/answers/1290758-Do-you-have-only-one-skip-condition-by-each-format#10

I have understood the process how to create the format.

Base on that, I have been keeping the fields alignment.

I would like to create as follows.

    https://gyazo.com/15b223d1ae1ac61d0e147de5c3fa8f61

I've been trying to move  the cursor, but the position of field is not good for my trial format

I will wait for your advice and navigation.

I checked your form (https://www.jotform.com/73010788581459) and here's how it looks like on my end. The questions are all on one page.

    15105652952017 11 13 1728 Screenshot 10

However, as per checking your thread here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1290758. It seems you would like to have the questions per page in order to conditionally skip the pages, base on the answers.

In order for us to advise you properly, can you please confirm that you would like to have the questions per page or all the questions in on the page?

To add another page, please click the +Ad New Page Here, as what you can see from the image below:15105656862017 11 13 1733 Screenshot 21

My trial format is as follows.

Of which, let me ask and confirm you as follows

    1.Page5 to Page10

Icon of conditions is not there on the respective page, correct?

    2.Page5 to Page10

    Icon button order is correct?

    Submit

    Back Next

    3.Page10

    How can I delete Other?

My guess is Icon button order as follows.

    Submit

    Back

    1.Page5 to Page10

Icon of conditions is not there on the respective page, correct?

Can you please provide us more details about what you mean by icon of conditions is not there on the respective page?

    2.Page5 to Page10

    Icon button order is correct?

    Submit

    Back Next

As far as I can see, the order of the submit button and next/back button is properly set on your form.

    3.Page10

    How can I delete Other?

My guess is Icon button order as follows.

    Submit

    Back

    How can I delete Next?

To delete the other option on Page 10, please see the image below:

    1. Click the settings icon.

    2. Click the Options tab.

    3. Scroll down to see the "display other option" and toggle it "off".

On page 10, you can hide the next button by toggling the Next button visibility to "Hidden" in the Page Break Properties.

cloned your form on my end and make some revisions. Page 5 is not linked to any condition.

Because it should be the last page for anyone who selects Japan for this question:

"Which country do you like? Asia"

As this reason, I would like to mention that I duplicated the "Submit" button for the pages 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.

Also, I checked conditions based on the screenshot you have sent.

    >2.Page5 to Page10

    Icon button order is correct?

    Submit

    Back Next

    I have confirmed your reply.

    >3.Page10

    How can I delete Other?

My guess is Icon button order as follows.

    Submit

    Back

    How can I delete Next?

    I have confirmed your reply.

Besides I would you like to confirm whether my conditions of this form is correct or not.

     https://www.jotform.com/build/73010788581459/settings/conditions

Looking forward to having your advice.

Once my trial format is well done, I wil try demonstrate myself alone to see the display of questionary process.

Since the question or form field on Page 5 has no conditions set, there is no condition icon that will appear when you click the field.

I checked your form and the conditions to skip pages are working.

    @Chriistian

I am always grateful for your help.

So, my trial form is now well done? Can I take a next action such as demonstrating myself?

Looking forward to having your confirmation.

You can send the form through the Publish Wizard or you can send it manually using your email account.

Note that as a free account, you can only send 20 emails a day through the Publish wizard page. If you want to send the form to more than 20 people, I would suggest sending it manually or publish the form to your website and ask your customers to fill it there.

I hope that answers your question. If not, please let us know and kindly add more details about it.

Please assume that what I am going to do is a kind of simulation.

    Actually, I play three persons.

I as form owner using Jot form account.

    A(Actually I)  send me questionary.

    B(Actually I)  send me questionary.

    Hope you understand my explanation.
