There are some situations or errors that you might not receive notifications such as your email address might be on the bounce list as the biggest problem. Unfortunately, we are not able to notify you in this kind of situations.

We are expecting some notifications when the form is down, not working, or unresponsive for some reason. It could be because of downtime in the servers or other reasons, the thing is we would like to know in advance before we're notified by customers that the form is down.

Unfortunately, we do not have a feature or tool that will notify you if JotFrom server is down. However, you can always check the Server status on this link: http://jotformstatus.com/
If you're referring to the notification email alert, please try downloading the JotForm app to your mobile device. This app will notify your phone whenever there is a submission.
