My form is correct on the edit page- but when I preview it or publish it- it's not correct.

My form is correct on the edit page- but when I preview it or publish it- it's not correct.  Can anyone help me fix this issue? 

Whats the form in question? When you say that when you preview it "is not correct", are you referring to changes not showing up in preview mode? If that is the case, you can try clearing your forms cache: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache
