Hi I have now had two orders complete where you have not sent me an e mail yet the submission is there. I have checked my Junj Mail Folder and there is nothing there. Do I need to change some settings?

Which are the submissions you received no notifications for? According to our mail logs, all notifications are being sent to that recipient: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
If the issue continues, you may whitelist our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains
