Form Emails: Why conditional emails to multiple recipients are not sending?

    Second, we use formulas to send emails to multiple recipients.
    The recipients were (up to now) delimited by a "," but suddenly this stopped working.
    Curstomers told us that they no longer get mail from us. Obviously the delimiter is changed to ";".

    I have been testing this and was able to receive emails using a comma as separator on conditionally sent emails:

    I was also checking your email history and I can see the emails are sent without any problem, please also check your email history following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

    Please note that conditional emails will be sent only if the related condition is met, if the condition is disabled then the emails will not be sent either.

    I would also recommend you to check the email logs on your server in order to know if emails from JotForm are reaching the server. Here is also a guide that will help you to know why emails may not be sending: https://www.jotform.com/help/364-Why-Am-I-Not-Receiving-Email-Notifications

    I hope this helps.

    Hello Kevin,

    Thanx a lot for your explanation. Very helpfull!

    So it is possible to use "," or ";" as a delimiter?

    As far as I know, "," (comma) should be used to separate multiple email addresses set as recipients. Feel free to check it also on your end and let us know if you will encounter any issues.

    Just an update:

    We have tested the comma and the semicolon as a delimiter for multiple email addresses set as recipients in conditions and both of it works just fine.

    1510607522email recipients delimiter com Screenshot 10

    It will show as it is set in the email history section of your account — How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

    The pattern would be {emailAddress1}<comma><space>{emailAddress2}<comma><space>{emailAddress3}

    Or, {emailAddress1}<semicolon><space>{emailAddress2}<semicolon><space>{emailAddress3}

    Or even, {emailAddress1}<semicolon><space>{emailAddress2}<comma><space>{emailAddress3} should work.

    Please let us know if you have other questions.
