We have a form we created and embedded in our own site. The user account is email@example.com. We have only been able to get one form submission to go through. The submission that worked was done on a Windows 7 pc using IE9. Others have tried IE8 and Android browsers and the form submission goes right back to a blank form with no thank you page and no submitted form.
Please advise what we can do to allow other browsers to submit forms.

Do you intend to receive the submissions to your JotForm account? As it is, the embedded form currently uses a form processor page that is different from JotForm's.
If you want the form to send submissions to JotForm's servers, and trigger the email notifications from JotForm, you must re-embed the form using the iFrame method.
Let us know if the issue persists even after following my suggestion.
