Can you check to see if something has changed or is down on your side regarding Notifications? I see another report of this today. We use these forms all the time and always get notifications instantly but none seem to be coming through today. I've tested by submitting 2 forms today and neither sent the notification. The Autoresponder is working fine.

As I checked the email history log, I see that the email notifications are being sent without any issue from our end.
I have also checked the email addresses in our bounce list and they are not listed. Please check if the emails are landed in spam/junk folder. Also, please check the following guide that can help you with troubleshooting email delivery issues.
