Data from form submissions not being properly arranged in Google Spreadsheet where form is integrated

When I integrate my form with google spreadsheets the data is all over the place, is there a way to fix that? Or import the data in customized columns and rows. Thanks

And, would you consider reintegrating Google Spreadsheet with your form (Remove the current integration then integrate again)? This will, however, produce t new spreadsheet and the old spreadsheet will lose the integration.
