LOB Address Verification Widget is not working

    I was advised by their support team:

    Looks like the Jotform Widget is built off of a deprecated endpoint of ours. You should try integrating directly with our new Address Verification endpoint as documented here (https://lob.com/docs#us_verifications_create).

    Any way to correct this from the widget?  It was working fine 2 weeks ago.

    Can you please tell us the issue you are having with "Lob Address Verification" ?

    I have tested it using a test API and it seems to be working fine .

    Tells me address is invalid for anything I put in.

    Hello Anna - Can you please ensure that you're entering a correct address within the US? I tested the widget using the following and it worked:

    1700 Montgomery St. San Francisco, CA 94111

    I tested this on 2 different forms, yours and a cloned copy on my account and they both worked. Can you check it again and make sure you're only testing with US-based addresses? You didn't provide a Lob API Key on your Lob Address Verification Widget so it would only verify US addresses.

    Not working for me. I used same address and other us addresses.

    Unfortunately we are not able to see your attached image. You could attach it using the insert/edit image.

    I have tested those address directly from your form and "Lob Address Verification" seems to be working.

    Could you try refreshing your browser's cache by following the guide on this link http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/

    I used exactly the same address and it still says address is invalid. I cleared history/cache and reset API and still says invalid. Not sure what is wrong – it was working last week. LOB says that it is pointing to a deprecated endpoint…

    Can you try the form I cloned from you, see if it still says "Address is Invalid". This is working on my end.

    If it still doesn't work the problem might be on your web browser. Try using other web browser too such as Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari.

    I think that it might be the encoding that the widget does with the API. I just deleted the API and it works, though that means that I likely won’t be able to buy a LOB subscription?

    Yes, it’s working now because I removed the API key. It won’t work for me with the API in place.
