Credit card payment option for users with no Paypal accounts

Thank you for contacting us. You can use different payment modules we do have that support use of credit card payment. Below is a form I have created with "Square Payment" which users can use to pay using credit card. For this to work you will need to create an account with "Square Payment".

I have also noted that your form does not have submit button. I would recommend you add "Submit" button to enable user complete filling the form.
