Weekly Maintenance Report not forwarding to Google Spreadsheet.

Our weekly maintenance report is not being linked to our google sheet called Maintenance Logs since October 2??

We tried to push the missing submissions to the your spreadsheet, but it did not work, it seems like the integration is broken. Please remove it, and integrate back again, all previous data will be updated in the new spreadsheet: https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet
