What does it mean when payments are pending?  How do they move from pending to completed?

If a user closes the browser or didn't settle the payment after being redirected to the Payment Page, this will be logged as an Incomplete/Pending Payment.

Here's a screen capture example of an Incomplete Payment:

To complete the pending payments, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-View-Incomplete-Payments

Note: Completing a submission will NOT process any payment as there was no payment information, to begin with. The system will simply treat this as a regular submission so it can be included in form reports, and that email alerts can be fired off as usual.

I hope this information helps. Let us know if you have any questions.

I understand.  The individual decided to not complete the transaction.  It would be up to me to contact them and determine if they want to move forward.  My completing the submission for them would not process their payment.  Correct?
