Forms disabled

    I've just had an email saying my forms have been disabled but i  upgraded to the Premium package yesterday


    please can you urgently help

    We apologize for the inconvenience, due to some database maintenance to improve the platform, some users where affected with this issue. However, I have already fixed the problem , the counter is now reflecting the right count and your account is properly upgraded
