no idea how to complete/receive payment from potential clients. There is no button for completing, only editing/deleting submissions on the form itself.. am wary now of having peole send payments via jotform until I can get this cleared up.
There is a submissioin that says it was sent in August, but it was sent end of october.. not only did I not receive notification of the submission (or ANY of the other ones, for that matter) but again, cannot find a way to ensure the funds go to me and not 'somewhere'...
any informaiton you can provide on this will be most helpful as no search of the FAQ pages had any for me.

Are you not receiving payments when your form is submitted?
I checked your form and you do not have any recent submissions.
I would suggest you to test your payment form to see if it is working properly.
If you previously had some Incomplete payment, please note that are usually abandoned payments. The user might have closed the browser or abandon it after they are redirected to the Paypal's checkout page. Completing Incomplete payments will not process payments. I also checked email history logs on your account and all Notifications were successfully sent to your email address. Please check our spam folder and if there are emails coming from JotForm mark them as not spam.
