I can't log in and I can't reset my password

    Hello Jotform!  I can't log into my Jotform and I tried resetting the password multiple times across multiple browsers, across multiple internet platforms, and I do not get the "reset password" email.

    Unfortunately, there is no Jotform account which is associated with your email address: shiningstars.slp@gmail.com. If you have embedded your form to any website or if you have a form URL, please share it with us so that we can find your Jotform username.
