I cannot remove branding, although I have already paid

    Hi there, I am unable to remove the branding on my forms although I have a paid account.

    Please help. Thanks,

    When I check your Jotform account "RVAsocial", I see that it is in our free plan. On the other hand, I find another Jotform account with the @rvasocialmarketing.com email extension. Its username is "MattRVA". Also, "RVAsocial" (free) is the sub-account of "MattRVA" (bronze).

    Please note that sub-user accounts don't have the same limits as master account. 

    To solve this problem, the forms need to be first created in master account and then share with sub-user. You can simply change the ownership of the form by following our user guide (Please check out the #Option 3): How to transfer or share forms and data with another account 

    But then, the master account owner should give permissions for this form. If you have any further questions, please let us know.
