Why is there a private key wizard on my form?

I can't access my submission on this form:

It seems you earlier had encryption enabled in your form. That is the reason when you go to your form's submission page, it is asking you to upload the private key to decrypt the submission data. You may like to take a look at the following guide for more information on form encryption:  https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them 

It seems you have already disabled form encryption in your form and all new submission you receive in your form, will display correctly.
