    Hi there

    Let me confirm Sub-Account User can just look at forms of form owners, not create and

    edit.

    I will wait for your answer.

    Sub-account users access(view submissions, edit form) the form owners forms as defined by the owners.

    Once you setup a sub-account user in your account, you have the option to give the user access to whether View the submissions or edit the form.

    So, sub-account users can not be able to create a form under the main account. Yet they can be able to edit the form if they are allowed.

    Please refer to this link to know more about sharing forms with sub account users:

    @Sabbir

    Thank you for your reply.

    Can I use it as a kind of backup?

    Forms that you share with Sub users will not clone/copy to them so you will have a backup (as well as for submissions). You are just giving access to sub-user to view your submissions and edit your form, your existing form and existing submissions that are under your account.

    Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you!
