I cannot find the "Source Code" option in the Embed options

    I have followed changed the Form Layout to ALL questions in one page.

     Even then i am not getting a source code option. please help me

    I checked your account and I can verify that the "Source Code" option is available in the Embed section. Here's a screen capture:

    It is possible that you did not go to the Build section after changing the Form Layout.
