My PayPal integration defaults to the wrong account

Looking to change the default email of my PayPal account so i can avoid the mistake of forgetting to change it when creating a form. This results in funds being sent to the wrong place.

Do you mean when you add a PayPal field, the PayPal account defaults to some email? I tried and the PayPal account is initially blank and you have to set it yourself.
