    My Jotform account has been suspended and is causing me issues, please help reactivate my account

    Your account (sakinbolu) is currently suspended. This form (Responsive Website Brief Form) triggered the suspension. The form has a field that is asking for login credentials. This is not allowed here in JotForm, please check our terms of use.


    We need to delete the guilty field before we can reactivate your account. If that is okay with you, please let us know.
