Can't re-submit when editing the form

Hello,

When clicking on the {edit_link} provided in the notification email, I can't re-submit the form with the required modifications since the submit button doesn't appear... Is there anything missing or wrong with my form?

On that form, the submit button is located inside of the HR collapse section. You have to open it to submit the form.
