I'm trying to enable a form I've used numerous times in the past. It gets stuck on "working..." I can view it to edit it, but I also can't seem to clone it either.

The account that has shared the form with yours is currently over the form creation limit. It will not allow for creating or enabling further forms until it is below its limits.
