Can someone start a form and come back later to finish it?

Can someone come back to a questionnaire they started to finish or does it all have to be completed at once?

Users can start a form and come back later to finish it.

To enable this in your form, go to Settings->Form Settings->Show More Options

then find the option 'Continue Forms Later' and enable it.
