Is there a way when a submission is received to ONLY show the ITEMS REQUESTED for the person placing the order? They only need to see a list of items they ordered, not the entire list of products?

The information on the submissions page should actually be only the orders submitted by the person who made the submission and other relevant information which was submitted. However, as it seems that you are seeing it differently, can you please share with us the form that you are working on so we can see the details?

Here is the link to the form:
When an order is placed, they received this "Thank you" which allows them to print a PDF of their order so they can check off as items are received through our corporate office. However, it prints out ALL items on the list, not only the ones they ordered. (which is a lot of printing)
Not sure if you can see this link, but this is what they see, which now I see that it doesnt even show what they ordered. Should I use the submission ID on the Thank you form instead?

I did check your form and found that you have added "Text" field and image field to list your product. Since you have configured your form's submission page to display "Show Header & Texts", that is the reason why all the images and texts are being displayed in submission PDF.
The only way to solve this problem is to add "Purchase Order" tool in form to list your product including image and that should solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below on how to add "Purchase Order" tool in form:
Hope this helps.
