None of my conditions are working on any of our forms

    None of my conditional are working on any of our summer camp registration forms. However they are there in the Build Form mode in Jotforms.

    I have checked your JotForm and see that the conditions are not working properly. As I investigate the issue further, I see that there is some HTML code added to one of the options in 'Please indicate your method of payment:' field which is causing the issue. Please see the screenshot below:

    The double quotes in the code is causing the form code to fail and so the conditions are not working. Please remove this code from the field so that the conditions should be working fine.
