We have a form where the submit button isn't working every time you click it. It was displaying strange when I loaded it to the form as well. It's down below the form where the button should be. Please take a look: https://form.jotform.com/73064192602956
We are getting messages from people asking if we received their form submissions, so I feel like some may not be going through. Please help!

The submit button is positioned with the following CSS:

If you remove that portion of the CSS, the button will be centered and back within the form. Here is my test copy of the form with it removed:

The submit button is much more accessible.
