We have been using the JotForms Premium for a while and the forms have been working great since this morning.
When the employees are being emailed the user submitted files, the links are going to a 404 error page. I can go into the form submissions in jotforms and go to the link and it works perfect. My employees don't have the ability to do this, and I'm having to send them the link.
I haven't changed anything with the forms since this happened and I'm wondering what can be done to fix this problem.
The links that work that I can get in the forms start with "http://www.jotform.com/uploads/"
The links that are emailed start with "http://submit.jotform.us/uploads/"
Is this new?Page URL:

Sorry for the inconvenience. We're currently having issues with file download links in notification emails. Our developers have been notified and are already working on fixing the said problem, but in the meantime, try this temporary solution:
If your file download link starts with
simply replace submit.jotform.us with www.jotform.com so it becomes:
Hope this helps!
