Can't Log In -- AUTOSUSPENDED?

    Hello,


    I downgraded my Jotforms account to the free level last month (just didn't need the paid account level), but I just tried to log into my account and received an error saying that the account had been autosuspended. What's the story?

    Upon review of your account it was found that your forms are not in violation of the Terms of Use. For which we have reactivated your account and your forms are available.
